Managing Director and Executive Coach
Grant Bosnick is the Managing Director of YES (Your Empowering Solutions), consultant, executive coach, author and speaker. For over 20 years he has partnered with clients to co-create people strategies to help organizations build a trusting, collaborative culture and develop leaders to transform their behaviour to become more global minded, lead others, manage change, innovate and perform at a higher level. With a background in psychology and neuroleadership, he engages people to explore multiple perspectives, understand themselves deeply, drive change and transform behaviour – to foster & develop global leaders for a rapidly changing and complex environment.
Originally from Toronto, Canada, now based in Singapore, he has lived in Asia Pacific for over 20 years; and has worked all across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. And has implemented virtual solutions with over 30 countries, on 5 continents.
His new book Self-Leadership for Behavioral Change: A Bite-size Approach Using Psychology and Neuroscience will be published by Routledge in 2021.

The partnership was formed to synergize different perspectives for thought, design and execution; collaborating and co-creating to offer our clients even more value.
